The Australian Quilt Convention seems like such a long time ago . . .
Held in the beautiful surrounds of the Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton Gardens, Melbourne, this annual event is one to always have marked on your calendar to attend.
This is how our stand looked once it was all done . . . one "Crow" end . . .
Our days were kept extemely busy - in fact we didn't even get a chance to see the quilt display which was a shame. Our Make and Take classes were booked out each day, so thanks to everyone who booked in - each of the ladies started work on a small pincushion made from our beautiful felted woven wool.
Lots of enquiries about out "Indulge" weekend that's happening later this year in August on the Sunshine Coast with Sue Daley of Patchwork with Busyfingers, so if you're interested in finding out further details, click here to read more about it on our website.
A huge thanks to everyone who popped past to say hi and also for your ongoing support. It is so much appreciated.
It's been a mad week since our return filling all of the excess orders from AQC and preparing for our next adventure next week to the US. So it's heads & beaks down for us!
Until next time,
Leonie & Deirdre - The Quilted Crow Girls
