There's less than three weeks now until we head to the States for the official launch and we're just bursting to get there!   Can't wait til we get our own copies in the shop!

A road trip with the Crows . .

Heading off on a road trip is always a real hoot for us - apart from getting to catch up with everyone that we have made friends with over the years, it's a time for us to catch up on chit chat - believe it or not, we don't do much of it in the shop as we are always so busy!

First of all comes the fun part - and that's packing the van . . .

Ever tried driving with a pot of geraniums tickling your right ear?

And believe it or not, border security check the van for 'stowaways' - well good luck with that!

So as you can see, we never travel light . . . and yes, we really are in the wrong job . . . we should both be working for Lego!

Day One at AQC . . .

The night before . . .

A wonderful day today at AQC - it's always loads of fun and great to catch up with everyone - there's never a dull moment!

Thanks everyone for your comments about our new book!   It's great to be finally able to share it with you all.

Tomorrow we'll show you some fun photos of how the crows travel . . . and it's never light!  I've decided I need to go work for Lego!  You won't believe what we fit in that van!

Life is good . . .

A long time between posts we know . . . it's been extremely busy here at Crow Central . . . there's never a dull moment, believe me!

Since returning from our trip to Melbourne at a Gathering in the Barn, I don't think our little feet have touched the ground!   So many exciting things are happening at the moment . .

For starters, the advanced copy of our book has arrived!

Were we chuffed or what when it turned up?    You bet we were!  We knew it was on its way and each day we would eagerly await the delivery man . . .It is everything we had hoped for and more!   Thank you Martingale!! 

How can we not show you a little peep inside - check these gorgeous photos . . . they were taken on location in Arlington, Washington . . thank you to Lianne & Bryce Anderson for allowing us to use your beautiful home for the photo shoot . . .

Don't you just love that little chair!  So cute!  (I want one . . .)

For those of you heading to the Australian Quilt Convention next week, we will have all of our projects there from the book, along with our advanced copies for you to have a look at.  We are still taking pre-orders and we expect our delivery of books to be at Crow Central around the end of May. 

We will be launching our "Wooly Bits" Club at AQC - pop by our stand (No. 178) and take a look at what it's all about!   Hope to see many of you there!

In the meantime, I've got lots of work to do on the website . . . where's the chocolate . . .
